• February 19 - Chinese New Year
• April 4 - Black Saturday
• ** August 21 - Ninoy Aquino Day
• November 1 - All Saints Day
• ** December 24 - additional special non-working day before Christmas
• ** December 31 - additional special non-working day before New Year
